Incredible cost-effective Service. I moved from Texas to Illinois using 28 feet trailer for $1400!!! They only charge me for the space I used in the trailer what was 17 feet. In a matter of 3-4 days I got my stuff. Totally recommend it to anyone.

I had a great experience with U-Pack from making my reservation to receiving the cubes to scheduling my pick-up.  I moved from Florida to Texas and used their storage for a little less than a month.  Joe and Frank delivered my PODs and I so impressed with their expertise and customer service.  Will definitely use this company again in the future if needed!

They arrived to drop off the trailer when they said they would. We used our allotted space. We paid for exactly what we used. You are responsible for packing your own boxes, so if anything is broken, that is your fault, not theirs. So, make sure you use bubble wrap and peanuts for those things you’re afraid could be broken in the move. Tie down all your boxes before you put in the security doors and you should be good-to-go! The trailer arrived at our destination before we did, so if it is possible that the trailer will get there before you arrive, make sure you have someone on that end to meet with the trailer and indicate where it should be parked. UPACK (ABF) doesn’t do pickups or drop offs on weekends. Keep that in mind. The move couldn’t have gone any smoother.

One of the easiest moves I have ever had. Definitely will recommend for cross country moves. The storage option is great if you are house hunting and do not have an address  yet. Moved from Texas to California and it was a breeze with U-Pack.
