Moving sucks, no doubt about it. But I must say, every single interaction I had with anyone (and there were several) at U-Pack was great. They were always super helpful and friendly and very understanding. It often seemed like they were the only part of our moving experience that worked like it was supposed to.

I was very hesitant at first since its literally all my belongings I was trusting them with. The company is great and will def use them in the future if I move out of state again, they were very nice and showed up in the time they gave me and picked up the trailer the same day. Their was a lil delay on the drop off but it was due to mother nature as soon as they can get back on the road they dropped off the trailer immediately. 👍🏼👍🏼

This is the third time I've used UPack to make a move across the states.  The price is reasonable and what you get quoted is what you pay, not like the other company that nickel and dimes you for every mile, gas, day, etc.  The boxes are metal and sturdy.  I've moved stuff from OK to FL and then to CO.  I am sure if I ever move again, I will use UPack for sure.

Our experience with U Pack was pretty good.  They delivered the contanier within a timely manner, very polite and professional.  

What I like most abouy U Pack is that they were quick to make changes to our shipment when we needed. Our move to another state didnt go well at all. After arriving to our new home (that we discovered was in terrible condition (before our belongings arrived in the container), we immediately notified u pack and had to store our belongings in storage (last minute) and U Pack made the adjustments with no problem.  Unfortunately, we had to spend more money but...I'm thankful for the outcome such a terrible situation. 

I gave U Pack 4 stars because we paid $150/monthly for storage...for 2 months but not full 2 months. It's not fair for a customer to pay $150 flat...if the container is out of storage within 2 weeks of that month. In other words, storage should be pro rated when the container is taken out within 2 weeks of the complete month. Especially after already paying $$$ for shipment to another state. 

Overall, I'm satisfied...thanks!

I highly recommend U-Pack services. I received the utmost in professional service from the first inquiry to pick-up of the relocation cube! I would definitely use the service again--it was a Godsend in making my move from Florida to Virginia a success in 2-days flat.
