We had ups and downs with our experience with U-Pack. We scheduled it more than a month in advance as our truck needed to be at our new house by the 29th. The day the truck was to be delivered between 12-4, it never came and we had to call U-Pack. They said they were behind, but no one contacted us! The truck was delivered at 8pm. The truck made it to Phoenix well before it needed to be there. When I called to schedule delivery, the woman told me they were transferring it to another company and I had to call them. I called the other company and they couldn't schedule it until U-Pack pass it to them. She said the next day. I called again and she said they hadn't received it from U-Pack. I called U-Pack and it turns out we had a balance on our account and they wouldn't deliver it until it was paid! No one ever mentioned this to us! I paid it immediately and they said they would send the truck over to the deliver company. The truck made it to our new house at 4pm on the 29th, but that was because everyone made an extra effort. Next time, I'd spend the money on full service.
