My daughter who is 15 went inside to cash her payroll check. The reason she didn’t deposit it is because the last time she did the check bounced and she received a fee from her bank. So she went in and the guy who was working first of all asked why she just didn’t deposit it. She explained why. He asked Do you have an account with us? She replied no, mind you I do. He said well there is a $7.00 fee to cash it unless you want to open an account here. And he was rude the whole time. She said at this point just take the fee out of the check. It’s less than the fee from my bank when the last check bounced so I’m money ahead. My daughter is 15. She can’t open an account without an adult. It no wonder kids of today would rather do business online because they don’t have to deal with jerks like this! First of it’s none of his business why she is cashing a check. Second of all the $7.00 fee is ridiculous!!! And finally she’s 15 you idiot you had her drivers license she can’t open an account anyway!!!! I can tell you she will NEVER open one there due to this.
Called to check why a overdraft fee wasnt waived and the Rude branch manager through my bank info in my face like I was undeserving an had to be set straight. Some one needs to file a complaint on her
Went to try and set up for home mortgage loan with our son. We have banked here for longer than it was us bank. Jen couldn't have the decency to even get back to our son, who has banked here for 10 years. We have never had luck getting a loan with this bank. Terrible service
Very hard to do business with. Bank is understaffed and wont allow curtain transactions done unless its left in the night drop box. I was told by the rude branch manager, sorry, company policy. I am taking my long term accounts away from US Bank.
The people are great there but dang! The Bank is so understaffed all the time! They have four stations on front line, I never seen them use more then 2 in many years I've come there... But the employees are nice and helpful.
Poor customer service. Ordered checks at the window and they never came. When I went down to check what was going on the girl was very rude. Only one example of the service I generally get. It’s too bad the in person experience is not nearly as good as the phone and app experience.
Melissa is great, but the tellers and the folks who answer the phone could benefit from customer service training.
I would have given 0 star if it was available. I went in today to cash a check n no one could attend to me, and they were all in the back looking at me and stood there for 7 minutes. I had to leave without being service. Disgusting staffs.
Great people and easy to get in and out. efficient!
