The customer services are very poor. What is going with their branch manager and their operation hours close at 4:00 p.m.?. Is this branch will be closed its door soon? Branch manager is not care of the poor reviews they got 2? I used to tell my clients to open the account with US Bank. I will not do that anymore. They appear not care for a new depositors, neither. Interest?
I spoke with Brandon Morgan for help regarding my bank account, and he was super helpful with everything! He explained things to me thoroughly, and he even went as far as helping me set up alert notifications to let me know when my account is close to being negative! Highly recommend asking for Brandon whenever help is needed. :
This branch is notorious for closing their doors and drive thru before the posted closing time. That is terrible business practices.
Terrible customer service. They are rude and make it seem like customers are interrupting them. I’ve never been treated so poorly anywhere else. There are always 5+ people in the building but only one or two who actually help customers. The WORST bank ever!!!!!
Worst branch ever!!!! Every time I come into do something with my account it takes forever. Then they always seem to mess things up and I am stuck here longer. I have been with us bank for a long time. Closing my account this time and going to a bank that knows what they are doing. If you are thinking about going to this bank, DON'T!!! Not worth the frustration.
Almost comedic how long they make you wait. I come to cash a check and 20 minutes later and I’m still waiting for the same check. Also I’ve come numerous times and the atm is often down.
Do not recommend coming here if you ever need to use the ATM. It was down for cash AGAIN this weekend for cash transactions. This is at least the 5th time I’ve had that happen at this location. Incredibly frustrating driving all the way here to put in or take out cash when I need it. This is a huge branch I’m not sure why they can’t get a working machine.
This bank has the worst tellers, I sat 30 minutes in drive thru to have one come back and say they couldn’t find my account AFTER banking here for 15 yrs. It’s always one thing after another just a slow bank
I've been a US bank customer 28 yrs, yet this location makes me want to switch banks. I have been shorted funds going through the drive through, questioned what I'm doing with my money when I'm cashing checks inside this location because they want to know if I'm doing anything fraudulent, then today a $2000.00 error was made not once but twice in the same day by 2 different tellers.
Been coming here for the past 3 months and wait in the drive through 15 to 30 minutes each visit. Then the tellers want to chat about nothing to do with money. Been banking with US Bank for 9 years now. Might be time to find a new bank.
