I have have had many problems with this bank branch. The latest is just the final straw. On a recent Friday I left instructions for a wire transfer to be made on the following Monday. When I called Monday, they said they had no record of my having come in. I described the teller, and she claimed to have no memory of me ever coming in, despite my prolonged attempt on Friday to make sure my wire would in fact get done and here assurance I had nothing to worry about. The manager basically told me I was mistaken about having come in, but she eventually got it done for me, after I had to go through all the information again (already planning for the worst I brought it all with me- the reason I wanted it done this way because I was going to be traveling on vacation or I would have done it in person Monday). 

I asked her to review the security tapes to see that I had actually come in, rather than have her simply call me a liar, but she declined. When I called back to confirm the transfer later Monday, she admitted they had found the paperwork I had submitted Friday and that yes, I had obviously been in on Friday as I claimed. 

The timing of the wire was critical as it was for a home purchase and I should have known better than to trust this bank branch. I also should have expected that for them screwing up and calling me a liar I would still be charged full price for the wire "service". When I called to complain about the charge, the manager promised to call back shortly and discuss it. After not getting a call, I called again, only to be told she left for the day. 

I am not just moving my money out of their bank. I am also making it a point to mention to everyone I know what a crappy bank they are.
