Nice people. There is always a line so be prepared to wait. Fees tend to eat through inactive accounts. They also closed my account without givibg me a reason after being a customer for 15 plus years. First Community credit union is much better. Im a little glad they closed my accounts, now all my banking is easier and cheaper at the credit union.

This is my favorite local, friendly bank. There is a drive through located behind the main building. They make it a point to know your name. They give veterans platinum accounts which is super kind.

These folks are over the top when it comes to customer service.  We have worked with the Team at the Grants Pass Branch with our personal and business banking needs for close to 15 years now and their personalized service continues to impress.
