teller. Lined up. Needed to make a cash withdrawal. Was quicker to go outside to the cash machine in the -10 DEGREE WEATHER.. WAS MUCH QUICKER TO GO INTO THE DMV AND DO BUISNESS.  NOW THAT IS SAD..

I'm not a happy camper, your the only bank that charges people to cash your customers checks. And you won't even cash them at the drivethu, you make them go in the lobby which closes earlier. I didn't know your hurting that bad.
