I wish there is 0 point! The customer service is horrible. The teller/banker will never respond to your inquiry. What they promise to do is just a lie; not to mention their terrible wait time. If you want better banking service, avoid going there.

us bank took over our mortgage from california savings and loan and within a couple of years they constantly send us mortgage modification documents, also they tried to charge us extra insurance fees without just cause. maybe they are better as consumer bank, but as mortgage servicers, they suck.
