We had 2 costumers that were upset and may not come back do to the fanfare, customer loyalty program, not working, no tip adjustments and reprinting of receipts are required with the Fanfare program.  As a restaurant it is rude for servers to ask costumers how much to tip them which is required with the Fanfare program.  US bank should spend less money on marketing a product and more money improving the product and not launching products that are incompatible with the restaurant business.  US Bank's team should have mentioned that Fanfare is not compatible with tip adjustments as you should be explaining this to your potential costumers now.  After signing up 40 costumers I have to manually track their points, US Bank should be more careful and less careless.  Now I need to go apologize to all of my loyal costumers for US Bank's negligence.
