This bank took my cash deposit at an atm lost it . charged me 36.00 overdraft fee put cash back in bank because it was their fault, but have to wait til claim goes through to get credit for 36.00 even though it was all the banks fault and not mine. I only tried to make a deposit in cash to my account.

04/02/15 worst customer service ever. Carlos is the rudest person I have ever dealt with and so unprofessional, he is obviously in the wrong business.  Unfortunetely I will have to change banks due to this experience, however the us bank employees at the Safeway branch have great customer service, perhaps Carlos needs to be retrained.
