wow, i cannot believe they call themselves a bank!!  It’s a joke.  Came to the bank to make a cashier check,  was informed by the teller Jessica Esquivel that there is no manager in the bank that can approved  my transaction. And if I want I can go to a different branch to do the transaction, where there is a manager, I ask her  after waiting for 30 minutes??.  Poor management (transaction less then 5k).  I really do not understand  this bank,  then  I have asked  if I can withdraw the 5k  from my checking account and here  she say again, I’m not authorized as well.  JOKE
 A time before I have came to withdraw  2k  and they told me they do not have money in the bank and I need to order in advance such amount! This  bank  need to be investigated by the FDIC and maybe  that will wake them up. 

First time a mistake, Second  time shame on them; Third  time shame on you
