I loved the coralville location until today. Previously I had no issues with them everyone is normally extremely nice and friendly until today the male manager was not willing to help me out with a situation. He told me he couldn't fix my problem unless I came in and applied for something and continued to argue with me for 15 min. When I called the north liberty location they helped me right away I was on the phone and off in 3 minutes. I will no longer do business with this location.

They will find any way they can to take money from you, or try and get you to sign up for nonsense you don't even need. Stay away from this bank!
