Bank in OR screwed up my address and owed me a refund on the over draft fees. US Bank policy is that the bank that set you up has to give you the refund. The OR bank manager and I called 4-5 times. Bozeman bank manager was a HUGE jerk-acted like I was scum for insisting US Bank fix this issue. Instead of just refunding this quickly to do the right thing for a customer he fought me (tons of snarky comments, challenging everything I said, talked down to me as if i didnt know how to read a ledger, said he wasnt able to pull up my ledger that I was required to...completely demeaning WITH attitude). On top of that he played games with the OR bank manager so it didnt count against him...eventhough thats what their policy requires. This manager went out of his way to NOT do the right thing for the customer. Was talking with the other location about business loans and business accounts...NOT ANYMORE! Use a Local credit union. MFCU is pretty good in Missoula!....if this post gets deleted again ill repost it from about 6 of my gmail accounts.

These buggers have 100 parking spots yet pay an old man to keep people from parking there. If you have plenty of parking please share and be kind.

If you have mortgage with US BANK,-  refinance and run away as fast as you can! The evidence of fraud and forgery in my case has been sustained by a forensics lab in San Francisco.  CROOKS> dont wait till you find out they have sold your information ~! run!
