Although understaffed from time to time and they forget to turn the phone lines on in the morning, the tellers are always friendly and informative.  Just moved to NM and had to start an account here and so far so good.  They do need more US Bank ATMs though throughout the area.  And what happened to choosing your own pin?  More improvements here and there would be great.

This bank sucks the ladies that work here have no clue how to do their jobs rude and lack of knowledge save your time and bank some were else not to mention they charge you $10 a month for having an account there when you have to call and figure any problems on your own

Horrible Service bank teller Valerie and the manager Veronica both said that they can't do certain things when it comes to cashing a check but the one in Los Lunas usbank is great they never give me hassle but the one in Belen always does don't know why all I know is very poor service at the US bank in Belen
