Fraudulent company.  They "forget" to close your account and years later a collections agency contacts you for charges.  Very bad company .  Use anyone else .

Branch manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. Avoid USbank at all costs. Plenty of better options in town.

Incredible customer service. I have been with them for years and they have helped me with everything. If I have an issue they have always done the work to fix it.
