My friend used US Bank of John Day today to have a document notorized...Heidi Law  was condescending,  rude and unfriendly... demanding to know WHAT THE DOCUMENT WAS... my friend informed her that she needed her SIGNATURE notorized ...its content was really not her business.  Upon researching notary procedure we confirmed that the content of documents is not for a notary to question. Their job is to confirm that the identification and signature match the presenter....and to document they're one and the same.

If you like hidden fees stacked up against you for no reason this is the bank for you! Staff is super helpful, and the online app is great for my smartphone!
