I used to bank here when I was barely making ends meet. One time I overdrafted my account by less than ten dollars. I was not notified or receive notice until 100.00 in penalties had added up. It was the only time I had ever overdrafted.I asked them to waive the fee as it was a tough time for me, the manager refused and I had to pay the money to not hurt my credit back then. I will never use US Bank ever. Now I make many times over the money I did back then, and another bank happily helps me with it.

After calling other US Bank locations to resolve a funding issue, I finally spoke with Anna Richardson who worked with the Branch Manager to resolve my issue quickly. Very pleased with their customer service and willingness for customer satisfaction. Thank you!

Have been banking here for 20+ years. What sets this branch apart is the small-town feel of the customer service; Lynn, Jim, Clayton, Anna - and all of them are always available to instantly assist with our corp and personal banking needs.
