People are nice here. Many banks have changed their opening hours from 0800 to 0900, presumably to balance staying open until 6pm. Newberg doesn't open until 0900 and their posted hours are only until 530pm. On more one occasion I have raced there after work to get there around 525pm and they are already closed!   Many professionals work from 0800 to 6om or later with no lunch breaks. It isn't an option for them to be a little later for work and hit the bank on the way. If you live in Newberg,  you may want to consider a bank with more convenient hours. They are open Saturday but that doesn't help people who only work in Newberg and like all banks,  Saturday hours are also very limited.

Very helpful and the most friendly banker I have had to deal with in a long time, Mr. Jones will be my "go to" Banker for any future needs!

Never enough people working the customer service side of the branch. Usually only one. The other desk jockeys make an art of ignoring waiting customers.

I love US Bank, been using them for the last ten years and they have always provider great customer service. I have had a few issues with ATM not working correctly but they always make it right and very quickly.
