I went in to this branch a couple of days after moving to the area. Adrian, the bank manager spent 30-45 minutes explaining all the services that a new homeowner, such as myself, might find useful and made many helpful suggestions for getting all of my account information moved and set up for making all the new home-related payments I now have. I was very pleased with the level of personal time he gave (this was right at closing time) and the fact that he wasn't just trying to sell a product to me. I really felt that he was offering to me the best options for the banking that I plan on doing there. I now go to Adrian and every time we need to bank! We also had excellent dealings with Hilary, as well!
