The guy made it made me feel like it was my fault that there was fraudulent charges in my account not really that helpful push me right out the door acted like we was just a bother and the fees are outrageous wouldn't let me close the account horrible customer service I am truly disappointed with usbank I've had a lot of money come in and out of my bank account when this is over you lost a customer aj moham

Terrible bank. Horrible customer service and the fees are outrageous.  Better off with a prepaid card, probably less fees lol
