This is the second branch we have gone to open a checking account with NO success. They told my wife and I to take a seat and somebody would help us. Nobody showed up. Left after waiting 15 mins. Will take my business to another bank that caters to customer service. These two branches didn't. 5 star service!!!!! What a joke.

Impossible to call them.  They do not answer their phones.  Called the one listed on Google as well as the one listed on their website.

everytime i go here i ask myself, "why the hell is this my bank?". the tellers are absolutely unbelievable. if you are a person of color, DONT GO HERE. every single time im in this bank and a person of color goes up to the teller, the teller accuses them of depositing fraud checks. three times i have left this establishment beyond pissed having heard the tellers ask a person of color, "weren't you just here?" with a look of disgust on their faces as if because they are colored, they are all the same person and/or there to commit fraud. SERIOUSLY? as a white women in the neighborhood community i am outraged at this bank. most tellers are decently nice to everyone, but the red haired fat lady (who i believe is a manager or supervisor of some sort) is always accusing hispanics and blacks of being criminals. i HATE this bank and everything they have to offer. 

also thought it was funny that they have an award in their lobby for "most ethical company", HAH yeah sure.

wost service ever, if the bank cant provide 25 in penies for a business account , stick to personal accounts . done with you.
