This bank is horrible. I recently went through this bank and became a victim of identity theft. They said that they would replace what they took from my account which they did finally after taking it right back out and now saying I owe them all that money. Went to the bank and asked why I owe them the money? The manager wouldn't even look at the history of my account accusing me of stealing the money. While she was accusing me and wouldn't listen to a word I said a employee standing behind her was laughing at me. I will never go back to this bank and I will never give them a dime. If you know what's good for you stay far away.

The manager here is a self important, rude, and condescending person. We have had accounts for over 10 years and she refused to deposit our income tax refund check unless I added my husband to my account. Totally against policy. We both stood there and he insisted she put it in my savings. She told him it wasn't fair to him and questioned why his wife wouldn't put him on her account. Why not ask him the same question? Called the main office and they were appalled by her remarks as well as her violation of policy. Her name is Kari and she is the rudest person I have encountered. And the teller sat there smirking the whole time. Avoid this location. Go to Cotton lane and Bell. They know the banking laws and keep out of your personal business.

Horrible. Don't do business here In process of taking car loan away. Never open a credit card... they tell you one thing and another happens. Bold face liars

This is by far the worst bank establishment I have ever been to. AWFUL customer service except for an employee named Jessica. She has always been the kindest and most helpful. The bank has made mistakes with my 2 accounts on 3 different occasions. I deposited checks into my account which should have been processed immediately. Of course I carried on with my day until my card got declined. The bank forgot to deposit my check. OOPS i guess! Keep in mind this happened 3 times! I was kind to them, didn't make a big deal out of it or anything. Today i was hit with an overdraft fee and they absolutely refused to reverse it even though i deposited money into my account BEFORE the overdraft charge showed up. I've called and been put on hold. When no one got back on the line after ten minutes i hung up and called again. I said to the rep, "I've been on hold for 10 min, can you help me please?" to which she responded "Actually it's only been 5 minutes". Basically do not bank with them, the negatives outweigh the positives. If you MUST bank with US Bank do not by any means open your account at one of the branches inside a grocery store, go to an actual branch and you will receive much better customer service!
