Have an account in almost every bank in Sandpoint area. I prefer Us Bank over all others. Everyone is always ready to help. On line banking is easy to use. Tellers are always polite and professional. Personal banker is truly amazing. I will not change, I may close my other accounts and put my money all in one place. I suggest giving Us Bank a chance.

I have been with US Bank for 21 years. Always had great service. Today, Vivian, The manager helped me to get back 89.75 that I was charged for a " free 14 day trial, you only pay postage".   That, and she is so sweet. ❤️❤️

Friendly customer service but they will charge you for ANYTHING. Even cashing a check that comes from their bank. I don't have an account with them and I never will. Also very outdated systems and interior, makes me feel like I'm in the 90s not the 21st century.

I opened an account with US bank specifically to purchase a flight to Australia in order to be with my wife. They said I could do that. Turns out there's a daily purchase limit that I can't get lifted till well after the time I'm supposed to be in Australia. One that doesn't provide enough funds for the ticket. If I had been informed of that, I would have never banked with them. instead they were all smiles and congratulations. basically lied to me. I'll be closing the account ASAP. Not happy. Don't bank with ANY bank of the US bank.
