I went to this office last week. I had an appointment for biometrics on the following day, at a different office, but because I could not easily make that appointment I decided to try going in at San Jose and see if they would help me, without an appointment at their office. The office opened at 7:15, but the biometrics office opened at 8. Once the security officer saw my appointment paper for another time and location, he said that I could come in and wait, and that they would likely help me if they had time. I waited until the biometrics office opened, at 7:50, 10 mins early. They processed all the people with appointments and once they were all through they invited me up, along with 2 others in the same boat. I was there for about an hour and a half and was able to get my biometrics done quite easily. All around good and easy experience.

Awesome people here, kind courteous. Wait is a bit long but that's how it is at all immigration services.

I have been here twice assisting friends. Alway have an appointment. The place was clean and seemed organized. Ran about 10 minutes late for the appointment. Took about 5 minutes to do biometrics.
