The front office women are rude as hell if you're a woman.  They don't acknowledge you especially Veronica Medina.    Have no people skills or patient skills.  Should not be in the front office.  Do not like this place at all.   Only person that treated you like a human in this place was the dr.   But you're just a number and a billing code to them.  And the wait time. Almost 3 hours.  No good

Checked in at 8:30 am.... it is 12 noon and I am still not out. Haven't even seen the doctor. The place is not busy, just incompetent staff.
