I have never been to this center in my life until one day my job refers me to visit them after I had an injured from work. At first they seem to be nice and welling to help, however; it was not after you were being there so long. I read all the reviews and not understanding what's good service from them if they really helpful. I was return to come to see them do to my injured part was pain. At first, I thought was better and so happy, it was not really. I contact worker compensation , and they was put me on pending. Even the doctor and nurse over there was a question too. One of nurse who speak Spanish and other black hair with a eye glass given me so different answers. If I listen one of them, I have to face different disrespect or respect service. Today I am coming here to see doctor , not forcing and argue and treat human like nothing. We are human being , of course, no one like to be injured but for some not even care. All they care are their mission. Am I came in right place were we treat respect or put you down like nothing. Do we need this kind medical or doctor and nurse? All the knowledge they learned were forgetting who we are. God create us has nothing wrong but you and whatever who was control. God would felt sad to this happen. Helping people should came with peace and heart with care. Nothing just put her at the side. Worst ever!!

Staff here is amazing! especially the Physical Therapy area and therapists! They wotk with you and if you put in the work so do they.

Horrible service. The staff here is beyond slow like they dont want to be there. I waited to be seen and it took at least two hours. When i was finally called into a room i waited another hour just to be seen by the Dr... This is not how you treat people.

The lady at front desk was so rude, itvwas around 8:45 she didnt care anything about our long wait she was also rude to another customer. Never will i here again.

The PA I saw was great. He really tried to work with my insurance company to get the testing I needed, however, my insurance company, BS of CA, provided crap information. When I contacted US HealthWorks three business days later they said they WILL NOT send the stat MRI request to the pre-authorization agency. They flat out refused. The PA said it was needed STAT!! but their bureaucracy doesn't care. My problem, not theirs. So if you go here for urgent care, you're probably wasting your time and will have to run around trying to get their non-referral referrals through to other health care providers. Best just go to the ER.
