Do NOT come here!! The reviews are correct! Arrived @ 11:55am, finally saw a doctor at 3:09pm. When I ask the doctor why there was a 3hr wait with only 6 patients in the waiting room, he replies with “I’m not sure, I just got back from lunch” I was shocked!!! Then he proceeded to argue with me on my arrival time! I will say the manager Jacob Vargas was professional and apologetic. Even brought me a granola bar while I waited for the doctor to finish my discharge paperwork. I wish I had read he reviews prior to driving over here. Not to mention it’s sooo cold in the exam room!

I went in to get some stitches and, yes, I did wait longer than I had hoped, maybe about 45 minutes,  but once I was in they were super attentive and thorough. It was worth the wait. The staff was friendly and helpful.

If you want to wait here all day to just get a X-ray result go head!!!!!! Horrible

I debated coming here for a physical. Their reviews are terrible but the responses from US HealthWorks that were posted over a year ago say they are putting things into place so people don't have to wait as long. It doesn't look like anything has changed. The wait it too long and the staff is rude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My appointment for my follow up was @ 11AM, mind you I arrived 15 minutes early, waited until 20 minutes til noon, before I was called to see the doctor, and still had to wait in that small as room 30 minutes before A doctor came in just to speak for 0ne minute to tell me my hand was fine.
