They are known to not put your information in correctly. You can do everything posibbly correct, but to them you will always be wrong. Its never their fault. Its purely the system. Staff isnt too bad, but be patient the wait can be overwhelming.

I was told I would get my regular disable check June 2nd and my new survivors widows check on May 25, 2017. On May 2nd I only got my wifows check and not my check. So this is causing me very bad hardship. I am having to sell anything I can to get my bills paid. I called on May 2nd and the lady told me my check would be deposited tonight. Well it never was. I have gotton the run around from this office until I called Social Security Office at 1 800 772 1213 and they told me to got back to my local office today and they will write me a check for my disable check. I wasn't able to pay my water bill, light bill or my rent. Now I am going to have to sell my on way to travel to pay my bills because this office had my check on hold for No reason. Please be careful at this office and get everything in writing. Good luck to all for I pray nobody is in the shape I am in at this present time. I have M.S. and not able to handle all the stress they are causing me and I overdraft $800.00 at my bank because I was lied to. My bad charges you $36.00 every 72 hours on overdrafts. May God help us alk that has to deal with this office. At least the msin number above said if they don't write me a check today to call them back asap. I have never seen an office with employees as rude and nonundetstanding as this one. They act like we Owe them something. I would rather be able to work than to be disable with Fibro and M.S

The staff at this office probably didn't complete high school.. maybe two people there did.. I don't know... horrible experience and they have my benefits so messed up i have to go there twice a month to help them do their job.. double payments to Medicare for five months now and they tell me it will eventually work out...is eventually longer than five months..

The four times I've been there is wasn't bad at all. Only one rep was nasty. No wait time at all. Sat down and was called.
