Great office. Small but comfortable. I've been 3 times and wait usually 20 minutes (without appointment). The staff are helpful and able to answer questions. So much about SS and Medicare that's confusing it really is important to talk with someone. Big thanks to Brian Anderson who is so nice and helpful.

Every time I have gone to this office my wait time has been short, (15)min,without an appointment. The people I talk with have been very helpful and efficient as opposed to getting what I want when I have called on the phone.

Small office: 35 chairs, 5 clerk windows. Self check-in kiosk. I got married and needed to change my name. I went at 2 PM on a Friday and was in and out in 10 minutes!!! I had the form filled out ahead of time. It's only one page. It is refreshing that the name change service is free :) Orange county government buildings are SOOO much better than anything in Los Angeles!!

I phoned today the S's office and was connected to a woman Kathy. I can only say that she was the most helpful person, patiently she explained the needed information to me and took all my anxiety about the application process away. My highest regards to her. Thank you very much for your help. The Social. Security Administration has a real jewel in Kathy. Thank you very much. H.Kuhl
