I usually never have a problem here. but my son's medication of adderrall was not counted out right this month, and when I went to pick up my other son's medication,, I simply asked to have someone double check bc last month my son ran out 4 days early on a 30 days prescript, and then Mark Miller the manager came to the window and started to berate me, and tell through the window how they didn't cut it short they never short adderrall etc...i then said well he ran out 4 days early, so I called my Dr and the nurse said she wrote a. script for 30 days so if I'm short and put then the pharmacy must of shorted me. Mark then tells me to call the nurse who said that and let him talk to her so as I'm in the drive thru calling my Dr office at his request, he tells at me and says he will not full my other three scripts for my Childern. I said if you don't then you are hurting my Childern not me. and he said fine I'll fill them but then you are done here and don't come back!! i get the nurse on the phone,  and explain what is going on, and ask Mark if he would like to speak to her and he then refused and tells me to get out of the drive thru....marks ego was outrageous,  I understand mistakes happen from time to time, there was no need to speak to me or handle the situation the way he did. and i did video him from my son's phone, so I will be posting this misconduct on all my social media.
