I put my things in storage and left the country. I got a bunch of emails saying they were going to auction my unit. I sent emails back telling them I was going to pay. And I wasn't sure way they didn't get my payment. Next day, They sold my unit with over $20,000 items in it. I called the same day talked to corporate and the wouldn't  give me the name of the buyer at the auction. Called for weeks and they just didn't give me any help or explanation or where I could find my things. I hate them

Safe and secure. My only complaint is that there's a lot of burnt out lights and it can be hard to see in some hallways.
