Not thrilled with UC Fence or their workmanship at all.  They were scheduled to show up on a Monday at 7:30 am, no show. From there it went downhill. It was suppose to be a 2 day job. Turned into a 3 week nightmare.  They wanted to argue with me the date the job was suppose to start even though it was clearly written on the contract.  Finally they show up day 1 and they were suppose to complete 1 side of my yard. I come home to find they left it un finished with 2 panels missing, very inconvenient if you  have 3 dogs. Day 2 they install the other side complete the 1st side and leave me without a gate. So now 2 days where I cannot let my dogs out.  Again totally inconvenient when you are a single parent who works full time.  The workmanship was bad, just bad. They left metal posts exposed  from where my previous gate was an accident waiting to happen. They left huge gaps under one side of the fence and tried to fill it in with crumbly concrete which looks like a 10 year old installed. They filled up drains full of dirt and left them clogged. They moved stacking cinder blocks on a retaining wall and left it gaping with holes. It took several calls and emails and causing a big stink to get everything fixed and three weeks. I guess they thought a single woman wouldn't notice their crappy workmanship or they thought they could get away with it. Hmmn. not how I would do business. Would not refer them to anyone.

UC Fence was recommended to us through Home Advisor and was our first and best quote.  We had a day scheduled but asked if they have any cancelation to give us a call.  We got bumped up 9 days.  The guys that came to do the install were friendly and got right to work.  When digging a hole for a post they accidentally hit a sprinkler line and were very open about it and fixed it right away and still got the job done on time.  We got a follow up call from the sales person and treated with respect through the whole process.

     Called over a month ahead of time to schedule an appointment. Was told I was the only one so any day or time I wanted was open. I scheduled for 12pm.  The day of my job arrived and they scheduled another job over mine which ended up putting my job back until 4 1/2 hours  later then originally scheduled. 
      Workers were apologetic and nice. However, upon completion I discovered that they did not set my posts 8ft on center like I had asked. Some were, some weren't. When I called the guy in charge he informed me that the guys gave him a good report on the job. He also stated that they may have had to set the poles off due to some unforeseen reasons. I told him that if that were the case, they should have alerted me and asked me what I wanted to be done. At no time did he ever offer any solution other then some reasons as to why they didn't do what I asked of them. Sensing I wasn't getting anywhere and his attitude on the phone appeared to be apathetic I hung up. Jobs done. I made it work regardless of their mistakes and combined with the over scheduling of my job with another and late start I doubt I would use them again.
