Everytime we come with my husband they ask him to check in 15 minutes prior. Then they have him waiting over an hour and a half. And the assistants dont even bother letting you know that the doctor will take a while. And when you ask them they say i don't know. The worst service.

The staff is  so friendly sweet the wait period isn't too long.

So went in with no appointment on Monday and they saw my baby no problem. The visit was great other than the wait time. I went in Friday because my baby had an allergic reaction the the meds the doctor prescribed and the lady that called us up asked why we were here, I told her and she said since you don't have an appointment the doctors can't see you. EXCUSS.ME !!!!! MY baby had an allergic reaction and no one can see her so I just took her somewhere else bad customer service. What  is the difference between a Monday and a Friday? And no appointment ??
