I have been coming here to the student clinic for cleaning for a couple of years. Last year was fine. This year they assigned me to a student who’s near graduation. She has various rotations to do and scheduling was a B*.  I understand I’m working with students. But it shouldn’t take 3 hours to do an exam. And schedule me 2 months after for cleaning. I thought I would contribute to the students by letting them do my unique/easy cleaning. But the time and energy wasted are so not worth it!

Again, I waited over an half an hour on the phone to get my recent X-Rays + begin with another dentist elsewhere in San Francisco. I can't tell you the story of retrieving my records. I won't in this review. If this facility needs US just as much as we need them, then why don't they treat our time as equally as important as theirs? The place is rife with entitlement and language barriers. How many Americans are even covered for dentistry with their work health plans? Do you think that those few that are, would want to BE at UCSF Parnassus Dental? What if UCSF didn't have our population to work with...at all? Would the students even graduate? Would the facility even run? Don't be afraid to ask the simple question, "What is your name?" Suddenly the staff have to pay attention to what they are doing because you can mention their name to their manager. Do the same with THEIR managers. Every one of them.

Very disorganized at the clinic in their treatment of you and are not good about scheduling you for a timely appt.

I just got off the phone (9:46am til 10:30am)with this young disrectful rude girl that apparently thinks she knows everything oh my God help her let go of her pride cause "pride comes before the fall" girl I'm talking from experience not judgement in any way!!!😀 I've learned to treat others the way I want to be treated.lets hope and pray that girl does want relearn on her time and her way how to treat others on the phone or in person rather than have to learn God's accountability way.

I've never even been here and yet they are sending me a bill for my 4 year old. Disgusting! What type of sick place allows children to be scammed?
