I love the staff at UGG in the Pleasant Prairie Outlets. Whenever I have a question about something, they are always helpful. They go above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. The managers are super, they do the best to accommodate...I have experienced this a couple of times and I always leave happy. They DO have great sales also. Going down there today, actually 😀

It was my first time at this store and I found the staff very helpful in locating sizes. Store had a BOGO going on but it is geared toward making you purchase larger ticket items in order to get the BOGO. Red discount vs gray discount but one can't be larger than the other, etc. Very confusing and it prevented me from getting the boots I wanted as I couldn't benefit from the BOGO and would have to pay ticket price for both pairs. Manager was not interested in helping and rude when I asked for clarification. He just stated the sale and walked away. So beware of sales and understand the details before you get your heart set on a specific style. You will either end up paying more than you expected or walk out disappointed like I did.
