My experience with this location has been mixed. My boyfriend and I went to the mall because I wanted to pick out a foundation, it's incredibly hard to find a foundation that matches my skin tone because my skin is darker than most that live in the area. While looking for a foundation and swatching, I was constantly followed by one of their employees. She would constantly ask if I needed help and would walk past which ever aisle I was in. I had never had such rude treatment in my life. I personally would prefer if she had said that particular people weren't welcomed in the store. I spoke with the manager, who is an older black woman, and she completely understood what I was saying and thankfully remedied the situation by talking to her. Another time I visited the store, I was looking for a foundation with a golden or yellowish undertone. I asked one of the sales associates and she told me no, none of the foundations had what I was looking for. She said this in a rude and condescending tone. I asked one of the managers working there if they had what I was looking for but even though she was a black woman herself, I could tell she doesn't know much about makeup. She tried to refer me to the previous associate but I said she had tried to help me but I was told that you didn't have any foundations for my undertone. She found another associate that tried to help but it is clear that they are not versed in deep complexions. If you are a woman with a darker or deep complexion please avoid the associates and take your time finding the right foundation, they are not willing to help you, if at all. I see that another customer has been followed as well. I suggest going online and shopping or ignore the associates, it's clear that customer service is not important.

Every time I go into this store there's this one employee (tall, heavy set African American woman, don't know her name) and she is always SO rude and looks like she doesn't want to be there and gives annoyed looks. I stated I had some questions and she replied "Oh, do you?" sarcastically. It wasn't meant as a joke because I can tell the difference. She's always rude. Didn't help me at all and answered "I don't know" to my second question while walking away. Another time I was waiting in line, the only one there and she finished helping a customer and just walk away from the register instead of quickly assisting me so I ended up waiting like 5 more minutes because the person ahead of me was having some issue returning an item. Horrible customer service here.

i was followed and spoken about over their walkies being accused of stealing because I was swatching and carrying a reuseable bag. Everywhere I turned people were looking and kept asking me " If there was something they could help me find". AUDRA gives the WORST customer service. Went back in last night to get the same mascara I get and the lady tells me I cant use my coupoun I use EVERYTIME and I was with my grandmother and was like " oh im sorry , odd because I use it every othertime", befrore i could finish speaking she's like "uh no you dont" and I replied kinda annoyed at this point and she was SO RUDE and continued to tell me I was wrong and My grandma was worried because she was so rude.
