Staff sucks. No one helps you, just watch you like you’re going to take something. There’s plenty of employees but not many willing to help you. While checking out, I asked a couple of questions, the guy was so rude and trying to belittle me, was not helpful at all. He knew nothing about nothing. Definitely discouraged from going there ever again!

Few years ago, i shopped here and didn't like the store. But, this last visit was wonderful! A lady (she was white with short light brown hair, maybe grayish) immediately came to me after I entered the store. She asked if she could help me. She helped me find perfume. I forgot to get her name. 😣 She was awesome. ***SIDENOTE: THE JENSEN STORE: TOO MANY EMPLOYEES IGNORE CUSTOMERS, ETC. 2 unbelievable experiences there within the last 3 weeks. Kailyn is really good brow person at Jensen. Unfortunately i won't be going back to her because of other employees' behavior TWICE. I WAS GOING TO CONTINUE THE BROW WAXING WITH KAILYN but today, after being ignored for 5 minutes (2 employees were standing, talking, in the middle of brow area where I was standing), I am too humiliated to return.

The staff is so rude ! Every time I'm in there I can never find anyone to help and if they do help they are so unknowledgable. Maybe they should get commission and would actually care more about their jobs.
