Brand spanking new ULTA in the Rivertowns.  Attentive and knowledgeable sales associates.
Store is lovely and beautifully merchandised.  I was pleased to see that they carry Lancome and Clinique.  Free parking is a big plus.

If i could give zero stars I would. RACIAL PROFILING, REALLY !!?? I went to this location with high hopes especially considering that I have never been to an Ulta store but, I heard that they had a large variety of makeup products and I thought why not give it a try. I walked into the store and I was immediately greeted by a pleasant young lady at the front, but unfortunately, that is where the good experience ended. As I browsed the store I recognized that there was one female worker in particular who seemed to be following me, I thought nothing of it because I figured she was returning items back on the shelves as she was carrying a basket in her hand. I soon realized that she was deliberately following around the store, every turn I made, she was there, every section I went to, she was there. It got so overbearing to the point where I wanted to say something to her but I was so upset to the point where I put the items I had in my hand down and LEFT ! Her behavior towards me was so unprofessional, it left me feeling so embarrassed and angry because I have never experience such customer service from ANY store I have visited. I am truly disgusted. Because I am black it is automatically assumed that I am there to steal from the store, really ULTA, you have to do better.

Apparently I'm too dark to be matched the lady was uncomfortable testing foundation on me and then tried to smooth it over by saying "OK so this is the darkest shade.......im not saying you're the darkest shade but....
