Large box beauty store with all your makeup needs. Also carries hair care products and styling utensils. Staff is friendly if your purchasing high priced name brand makeup or if your young. I've never had much luck getting assistance. I was looking for my boyfriend's Curve cologne at holiday time, sales clerk told me they didn't carry cheap scents and advised me to go to Target.

For high-end cosmetics, ULTA Beauty is always my go to! If I'm looking for something, it's almost always there. I love the wide selection of hair products and their customer service is pretty good as well. I would give this 4 stars because they don't have QUITE everything brand wise like Mac and MakeupForever. Other than that, I think it's really great and I would highly recommend it to any one who is really into hair and makeup or even someone just starting.

Never that friendly in the store and checkout process sucks. You have to ask to use your points when they should offer it to you like Sephora does . I only go there for Shape Tape concealer .. maybe I’ll just start buying from Tarte online

I came in last Friday to get some make up for a Valentines day date. Veronica was SUPER helpful and even taught me how to contour and  told me what products and brushes would work best. She also gave me some  lipstick samples with my purchase. I really appreciated how she went above and beyond. When I got home, I realized that my concealer did not make it into the bag.  After looking in my car and everywhere, I could not find it. I went back the next day and explained my situation and they gave me a replacement no questions asked. I will always shop for my make up here from now on.

If i could give this rating a 0 star, I would. Walked in and not one person greets you, they just look at you and stare. Was smelling cologne's for about 15 minutes to get one for my boyfriend and not one person stopped to help or ask if i was finding everything alright. Shopped around the entire store and still no one helps you. They're all just stuck up and in their own world. Definitely recommend every Ulta Beauty store besides this one. Worth your money and gas to go to a different one. Ended up putting everything away and leaving. Even when walking around they just walk past you and don't bother helping. Noticed they greeted everyone but me.
