I had a lovely time at this Ulta location. It was a pleasure to get my hair done by Sierra. She took very good care of me and my needs. As well as I am extremely happy with the outcome of my hair. I 100% recommend her :)

The girls there are so judgmental. They act like your going to steal something??? I met one nice girl there & she was very helpful but it's like the girls hate there job or hate you because of the way you look. I bring my 3 y/o in because I WONT LEAVE HIM IN THE CAR!?! He's 3 he's in Ulta with shiny things & pretty colors. He's at that age where he has to touch everything!! They don't keep stocked & the place isn't very clean. I don't get it. It's like they don't even try. I need to find a different Ulta. I don't want to be shady or caddy but there girls aren't very nice & that's the most important part of the experience to me. Be kind...that's all I ask.

Me and my friend went to get a pre consultation for her wedding. even though we had a a misundertood, the manager was able to fix it. She was reallu kind and helpful. Also if you need your makeup done. Jamie is amazing. She has the patience to explain steps, ans help you fogure it our what ia best for you. Ill highly recommend her 😃

Ulta has always been my go-to. Came to this exact location and was treated with the upmost disrespect. Came in with the intention to buy one specific item about 10 minutes before closing. Was not there to browse or kill any time. Had the item I needed IN HAND, walking to the register. As I am walking over, an employee, I believe it was the manager, came up to me and asked me if she could help me find anything. I told her no, thank you, and she stopped me and told me "you can leave then, the door is right there." Pointing to the door. Are you kidding me? I bought my item and left. Should have just walked out without giving them my money instead. Haven't been back since. Will not be back.

I've been a client of Azriel's for a while now and she is fantastic!  Not only is she highly capable of covering my very resistant "hot roots" (grey/white), she is an expert at matching overall color and can fix mistakes made by other colorists.  She takes care of all my color, cut and styling needs.  One of my teenager's goes to her for her cut and style needs.  Azriel is not only very professional she is very personable and nice.  You can't go wrong with her!
