Went in here on Christmas Eve to get a present for my sister, the place was PACKED and I was one of maybe 4 guys in the store (and of course I was totally lost). Within 2 minutes of walking in I had someone greet me and help me find what I was looking for, she even helped me with recommendations! Even though the line was very long, they did a great job of moving it fast! I was in there for a totally of 15 minutes! If I ever have to buy beauty supplies for someone again this is where I’ll go! Not to mention the great prices!!!

Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind.  Even though there were quite a few customers I never had to wait in line since there were multiple people on registers and on the sales floor.  Lady at the register had the most radiant smile.  Will be making all my in store purchases here from now on despite it being almost two hours away from where I live.

Went here to get Christmas presents it was my first time I went with my cousin she kept bragging . I loved the selection of makeup but she needed help on a item and I needed help since it was my first time. I literally walked around the store 5 times and made eye contact with employees and said out loud I wonder how much longer will we have to look for help. Went to cashier she told the manager we didn't get help and the manager some black young girl told us we should have asked cashier for help ! First of all I shouldn't have to go all the way to a cash register to get help and when I did do that it was only one register open and long line ! Basically I felt like other people not like myself received help I had the same money and nice attitude ! I won't be going here again to be ignored for $30.00 lipgloss !

This is an edit to my previous review where i rated this Ulta 2 stars. 

I am changing my review to 4 stars.  Today I visited Ulta and the store was mid-inventory. Despite the internal choas that the employees must be experiencing,  4 people asked me if I needed help while I was there. Although no one greeted me when I walked in, the positive and helpful attitude of the other employees welcomed me and really changed my mind about my experience at this store. 

The store's appearance was clean and well-stocked. In fact, I found a lip gloss that I had been wanting that was out of stock at all my previous visits. 

I will definitely visit this Ulta again. I am grateful to the changes that they have made.

Spent over an hour browsing thru the store.   They have a great variety of make-up,  skin care, nail care and hair care.  Prices were average for the brands they carry.  The customer care there is awful.  Not one associate ask if they could help me with anything during the entire shopping time.  ...and I had questions about a couple of products.  One associate was putting up stock and the other 2 were having a the time of their life laughing together at the checkout.  They didn't care I was there at all.  Oh well, there are plenty of stores around that are more than glad to answer my questions.   Guess I'll shop them instead!
