Rude and snobby staff. They socialize and are too lazy to help. Spent $48 on my second nakked pallet, they refused to give me the free gift. They seem to pick and choose. If I spend that much on make up , I should be treated fairly.

My boyfriend and I went in to the store so I could find the shape tape concealer and the urban decay concealer. I asked the girl working, don't know her name but she's short with glasses and dark hair. She answered my question but she didn't even offer to try and match it to my skin. She then proceeded to follow me and lurk around me as if I was going to steal something. I went to see if they had glow kits which they only had two, when I got the product in my hands and opened it someone had already put their fingers in it to swatch the colors. There was no indication that it was a tester but why was it on the shelf up for sale if someone had already had their fingers in it? I then looked for something else to buy and couldn't find anything because this ulta really doesn't have much in it. The girl continued to follow even though there were other customers in the store. When we went to checkout she proceeded to stand behind the cashier who was very nice, just lurking like a weirdo. I left the store and expressed my frustration to my boyfriend who then went back in and tried to find another product and also to inform management that we didn't feel comfortable. The manager told him they have a policy called jeming. I've worked at high end makeup stores and we don't follow customers and make them feel uncomfortable. This ulta isn't worth going to unless you live in Keene. I've been to many other ulta stores and I have never had this kind of experience. Very dissapointed, I will never return.

If less than one star was possible I'd leave that! This is a store I used to love. The general manager on the other hand- AUGUST CRUZ- is a nightmare to be around! He is rude to his employees and his customers! I have never been treated so poorly before in my life. I am not one to go online and write poor reviews on people or establishments, however my experience at Ulta in Keene recently was so atrocious that I felt I had to take action. I tried to go the route of working within the store level and I was verbally attacked by this man. I then went to his district manager to share my horrible store experience-nothing. I've tried to work within Ulta customer service, however it only leads back to the store. This manager is a horrible representation of your brand, a poor role model for employees and all around disrespectful to his customers. Ulta should be beyond mortified by his behavior. I'm not an entitled customer who is upset because she did not get her way. I am a loyal customer who left a store she loves after being treated horribly by a young/green manager who has absolutely no business being in the position he is in. You have a choice now in Keene- go to SEPHORA!

I had a wonderful experience at this store. The sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. All the recommendations were right on the money. Thank you for a great makeup experience.
