I always love my experience at the salon at Ulta! Specifically my hair dresser Liz! She always does an amazing job on my hair. Everyone at the salon always cares at their customers and the quality of work they are producing! I’d recommend Liz to anyone I know! ❤️

I went to the ULTA salon because I wanted to try something different I showed her the picture below when I left I looked like a pink starburst. She did fit me in the next day which I was very appreciative of because I just couldn't walk around like that. I left with the last pictures hair color which isn't bad it's just not what I wanted or a  color I would have picked for myself. Also, it is a toner so it will eventually wash out. I paid 250 (i still tipped too) for a hair color I'm not completely  happy with and I'm going to have to do it again relatively soon which is upsetting.

My experience here is always awful. Stepping out of my comfort zone and wanting to try new primers and foundations for my skin type is hard. I thought going to Ulta would make it easier since they know more than i do. Boy was i wrong. The customer service is terrible. I am never greeted and if i am spoken to, it’s just “hi” and they keep walking. Today, was the last time i am going to Ulta. I was approached by an employee, while holding foundation, she asked if i was ok and when i said not really, she proceeded to ask me about my skin care routine or products. I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN SKIN CARE PRODUCTS. Today’s visit was an awful experience and i left without buying the Smashbox foundation i wanted to try. She also did not seem knowledgeable on anything in the store except the skin care products line she suggested for me.
