Stay far away from the Highland, IN store if you need your makeup done and want it to actually match your skin tone. I took my daughter to our local Ulta on 1/12/18 for makeup for her first formal dance and she walked out of there looking like a mess. The shade was all wrong, it was not blended at all, and the "natural look with red lips" was not what she ended up with. When I questioned the color during application, I was told by Kenyetta that the green primer that she used would even it all out. She was mortified and on the brink of tears so we just paid and left. We had to take it all off and do it ourselves when we got home. NEVER AGAIN and I will tell everyone to steer clear!

This store is a disorganized mess. I have years of retail experience and I can tell this store is poorly managed. The lay out of the products feels like you’re in a maze. There is no “flow”. The staff is rude and poorly trained. No one ever knows where products are. The line is always long and wraps around shelves of product. How are people supposed to shop??? The last two times in the store the staff so was unhelpful that I just ordered online. Ulta, get your act together.

Autumn is absolutely amazing!! I've been going to her for over an year and love the work she does. She makes a woman feel beautiful and look fierce! I love her attention to detail and her expert opinion. She is very knowledgeable of the Benefit line and will always go the extra mile to make sure I leave with a smile on my face. She is so talented! Love you, Autumn!!

Got my hair done by Albe in the salon. He did a good job on my highlights and he was super nice. I will be going back to him to lighten up my hair as well. I went back later in the week and got my makeup done by Laurel. I received so many compliments even before I left the store. She was recommended for cut crease looks. I loved it .

If you want to go get your makeup there is fine but don't go and ask for service at the salon they're not professional. This's the first and the last time that I go there. I was there to get my eyebrows done Not good. They took more than 30 minutes to fix it when she showed me the result it was a mess and also they charged mor than twenty dollars
