Chloe has been doing my hair for quite a while now. She is very knowledgeable and careful about what she does, and the techniques she uses, but is also willing and wanting to try new things. If you want to get a cut or color she will guide you through the process and make it a fun time too. The Salon facilities are also nice and open.

Their skincare specialist who is a short, frizzy haired girl with lazy eyes is the most condescending sales associate i have ever seen. If youre purchasing anything under 60 dollars, forget about getting her help. Her objective isnt to help you find the product best suited for you, her objective is selling you the most expensive thing the brand she reps ( dermalogica i think ) has to offer. There is different between upselling and completely ignoring the customers needs for your own monthly numbers.

Awesome about returns. I've never had an issue with this store. They normally have a lot of stuff in Stock, the only thing I've noticed that is consistently out is the smash box liquid lips. Also was looking for some help with eyebrow stuff and the girl gave me a product she "thought would work" but told me to return it if I didn't like it. Why wouldn't she just help me apply it then and there and save me a trip if it didn't work out? thankfully she was on her A game and knew what she was doing :)

Unless you want to get a call from Ulta the day before your appointment saying they actually can't do your makeup for you, I suggest you find another business to meet your needs. I find it absolutely ridiculous that I was given one days notice, and because of them, no one else had an opening for me to get my makeup done on such short notice. Thanks to Ulta for ruining my opportunity to get my makeup professionally done for my engagement pictures.

I took my 15-year old daughter to their salon to get her hair cut. She has long, thick naturally curly hair which usually takes a full hour for a good, wash, cut and style. The salon manager at Ultra rushed her through in 30 minutes with a so-so cut and there were no appointments behind us. The worst part was the service. She was so rough and rushed while brushing her hair, my daughter had to bite her lip to keep from crying. The manager was also grumpy and rude while working on her hair which certainly didn't help. For the privilege of this horrible experience, I got to pay $47! Outrageous! I've gotten much better service and cuts for my daughter at the College of Hair a Design for $5! Save your time and your wallet by going anywhere but here.
