Most of my experiences with ULTA have been fair but never enjoyable. That changed as soon as I was assisted by Caitilyn. I was in desperate need of different primer, contour and highlight. She went above and beyond to make sure all of those demands were met and, was really friendly to socialize with. It was hard finding tones that match my skin and complement it well, but she was not shy of asking questions and getting the results needed. I will be coming here more often. Its because of wonderful staff like Caitilyn who make it easy to shop for makeup. You were amazing, keep up the good work!

I had a pleasant experience at this location found everything I needed, was helped by very kind employees there, Whitney was very kind on helping me out with signing up my email and phone number. Everything thing was nice until my mom checked out with Mckayla she was very rude and she has been the past 2 times we've gone to this location.
