I highly recommend Grace if your are in need of a brow waxing or anything brow related! She leaves me with perfect brows every time. Wouldn’t have my brows waxed anywhere else!

Ever time I have ever went to this store they have been extremely rude. I continue to go back to give them another try however this was the last time unfortunately I will go back to this location.  I have never been offered help or even said hello to. This last time I needed help and they were all in the front talking.  When I asked for help the lady acted extremely annoyed and was very sort with me.  I will continue to go to the one on Harmony, they have always been very helpful!

I love that when I walk into this Ulta, there are usually at least one or two glamorous MEN working the floor! It's not that I don't appreciate the women working there, because I do and they're all wonderful, but I can really appreciate the kind of diversity that is going on here at this Colorado Ulta.  Thank you

Horrible customer service. Really needed new foundation and not one person offered to help me or even said a word to me when I was in there. In the words of Pretty Woman, "big mistake. Big. Huge!"
