Ladies, if you're looking for someone to do your hair Amber is your girl. I had gotten my hair done two days prior to seeing Amber and it was a disaster. Amber spent 10 hours fixing my hair and completely re-doing it while never losing patience. My hair is blended SO well, and it looks fantastic. I would recommend her to anyone and will be going back in the future!

At least 6 employees working, yet not one available to help.
You see, 3 were talking to each other, 1 initially started to help me, then left forever to help someone else who came in after me.

1 was at the register while the last one was watching me, but suspiciously, like I was going to shoplift. She was NOT there to assist.

5 stars for the product, 0 for staff.

Overall a good experience except when I asked an employee what shade she would recommend (because there were no swatches or indicators) she rolled her eyes and looked at me like I was asking too much of her. But I'm a firm believer that one person doesnt define the company or entire store so still 4 stars..

Every time I come into Ulta I'm welcomed with a smile. Ema, the prestige associate, is always so helpful when I'm looking for something particular and she always lets me know if there's a deal like buy one get one half off. I always enjoy shopping here!
