Worst customer service ever!!! Especially the managers! No one offered help and when I approached one of the managers to ask if she could help me, her response was "no sorry" and walked away. She does not need to be a manger if she treats customers like that. Very disappointed, I love ulta but will never ever shop at this location again.

3.15-As one gentleman stated "Customer service isn't good," but for his information & for others it isn't this location ONLY. Every location I have visited in NC (8 or more) all have suck up employees working the floor, at the counters where they do make up for customers they treat customers like 2nd class citizens. Their MANAGERS are even worse, never speak, acknowledge you're in the store or see if you need assistance. God forbid if you ask them if they are hiring "not sure, check with website, we don't hire often, and we only hire part-time," are their normal responses. Love ULTA > their customer service is DEPLORABLE!!!!! :-{

At the salon, I didn’t get the color I asked for. When mentioned, she said it’ll get lighter eventually.. for the price I paid, my hair looks the same as it did when I went in.

Terrible customer service. The employees don't speak unless they're trying to sell you a credit card.
